Insights Chats 23
Join us on April 29th, in Waterloo, for Insights Chats 23 featuring Caitlin McCurrie!
As AI reshapes how products are built, the role of senior researchers is evolving fast — especially for principal and senior individual contributors whose day-to-day work is changing more than ever before.
In this session, we’ll explore how research leadership at Intercom is adapting to that shift, what it takes for experienced researchers to reinvent their role while staying highly impactful, and how research teams can evolve alongside AI-native product development. Expect an honest conversation about changing responsibilities, new expectations, and what the future of senior research work may look like.

About Insight Chats 🔎
About Insight Chats 🔎
We started Insights Chats because we felt that many industry events were too sales-oriented, had generic content, or were not free. These events were full of case studies, which in theory sound great, but they’re almost always at a surface level, making it hard to gain any real insight. And of course, there were sales pitches everywhere. It was difficult to walk around without being approached. All of this came at a significant ticket fee, which could easily add up. That was the motivation for Insights Chats — a series of events that bring people from the insights industry together.
